Spring brings the promise of new beginnings. Just as autumn’s falling leaves remind us that change can be beautiful, spring’s pastel flowers and lush green buds tell us this is the time for fresh starts.

Here at The Pearl, we want to take a moment and meditate on the idea of this season, a time to let the light shine in as the days grow longer and new opportunities for personal growth appear. This is the perfect time to look back on the past few months, see what we have accomplished for our yearly resolutions, and evaluate the work that still needs to be done.

The Pearl is full of amenities for enjoying the outdoors and nourishing the soul as the weather gets warmer. Step into The Green, our open courtyard that is perfect for a number of activities, including morning yoga, reading and recharging, and even getting a group of friends together for a picnic. Another of our energizing outdoor spaces, The Grove, takes this idea of community a step further. Its Tuscan-inspired communal table seats 30, and is flanked by a cluster of honey locust trees and warm, catenary lighting that creates a beautiful setting for reconnecting with people you love, or sparking a new connection with a fellow resident.

Change can be a beautiful thing, and even the smallest step can make a big difference. If your goals for the season start to feel overwhelming, start small. Bored with your décor? Switch some furniture around, or replace a statement piece with something in an unexpected shade – a little color can go a long way. Feel like you’re not getting enough hydration or exercise? Opt to use the stairs, drink at least one extra glass of water a day, and stop by our two-story fitness center to take in an expert-led class or have a satisfying workout on your own terms. Now is the time to make changes, big or small, that will lead to a happier and healthier you.
